We stayed at Forest Glade Holiday Park, near Cullompton in Devonshire.
After arriving to find the ground very soggy, and then having a couple of wet and misty days, everything dried out and we had some really hot sunny days for most of the rest of the time.
Branscombe beach was popular, - for sunbathing, sea bathing, fossil hunting, ice vreams and beer (a cafe right on the beach). And... good car parking, once we had negotiated the extremey narrow Devon country lanes to get there.
